USWC National Open '05: 13 gold, 19 silver, 11 bronze. Awesome job guys, forms and breaking were phenomenal and your performances in sparring were top notch.

Sport Submission League: 1st in all under 12 div but one great performances from everyone especially our rookie grapplers Oscar and Corina. Great Job Makyla and Ashlee for taking it to the larger, older boys in their div. suffering no losses to them. Zach showed up in a very challenging 13-15 year old div. where his opponents outweighed him by 25lbs each. Still he did his best and found a friend in Trevor a 15 year old very experienced Team Quest grappler. Good job Zach, that's what it's all about. Adults did well to, it's good to see you guys represent us with so much class and warrior ethic. Results can be seen here.

We're Growing, Improving and Relocating!

March 1st 2005

We've been at this location for almost one year now and have decided that it is in the best interest of the school to move!

Most of you began training with us in Salmon Creek, and followed us to this first, rather humble, location. While it has served us well, we've outgrown it and need more exposure, and room to continue to develop.

We are sure that you will love some of our new ammenities, such as separate changing rooms, restrooms, viewing area and more. Our new classroom layout will allow experienced students to train and practice technique without disrupting children who are receiving direct instruction or extra help (not so much sitting and waiting). It will also allow for pre class warm-ups for adults and children alike.

The new facility is located at 1517 S Parkway Avenue, Battle Ground, WA. It's not quite Battle Ground, but it's close. Actually it's less than 10 miles from our current location, and only 1 exit North of our prior location. Those of you that helped make this location a reality have also created this oppurtunity for us.

Like I have always said, "A martial arts school is not a building, it's a group of people", and I can't wait to see everyone there!

Thank you again,

The Armstrong Family
